El Gobierno español ha aprobado el anteproyecto del Estatuto Marco, que reforma la normativa de 2003 que regula las condiciones laborales de todos los profesionales del Sistema Nacional de Salud. La aprobación se produce tras casi cuatro años de negociaciones y más de medio centenar de reuniones, pero sin el apoyo de los médicos, quienes continúan en huelga desde febrero y han convocado nuevos paros para la semana del 15 de junio. El texto fue pactado con otros sindicatos del ámbito sanitario, pero no logró el consenso con el colectivo médico.
