Are vibe coders mainly outsourced positions?

I'm based in the Philippines and one thing I really notice a lot is for every 10 traditional dev job, I see 2-3 vibe coding roles. I think this has only been happening recently and I believe it has much to do with how the models continue to be better at programming.
Is this just in my country or have you noticed something similar in yours as well?
