Summary
This is a book review/announcement for "Alchemised," the debut novel by SenLinYu. The story follows Helena Marino, a war prisoner and former alchemist who has lost her memories. She is held captive in a world now ruled by corrupt guilds and depraved necromancers after a violent conflict. When her captors discover her memories have been altered, they suspect she may have been more important in the Resistance than records show. She is sent to be interrogated by one of the most ruthless necromancers, and must fight to protect her lost past while uncovering the secrets of her prison and captor.
