Dutch cyclist Jan-Willem van Schip disqualified for third time in eight months over hidden water bottle

Dutch cyclist Jan-Willem van Schip has been disqualified for the third time in eight months, this time from the Ronde de l'Oise in France for allegedly hiding a water bottle under his jersey to gain an aerodynamic advantage.
